   Nimbo Health operates a waitlist for our upcoming peer-to-peer health platform. Currently, we collect information from interested users and will contact you when our platform becomes available. There is no guarantee that joining our waitlist will result in access to our platform.

   Important: Nimbo facilitates the discovery of health stories, peer-to-peer information sharing, and the latest research. As a platform that connects users, we do not create or verify the health content shared by users.

   • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content
   • We do not provide medical recommendations, advice, diagnosis, or emergency medical support
   • All information shared is peer-to-peer and for informational purposes only
   • You should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
   • User stories and information should not replace professional medical advice
5. Intellectual Property

   • You retain ownership of any health stories or content you share
   • By sharing content, you grant Nimbo a license to display, distribute, and use your content on our platform and for marketing purposes
   • You can delete your content at any time (subject to legal compliance requirements)
   • You warrant that you own or have the right to share any content you provide
   • You agree to indemnify Nimbo against any claims arising from intellectual property violations in your content

    • Nimbo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our waitlist or future platform
    • We provide our services "as is" without warranties
    • We are not responsible for user-generated health content or any actions you take based on information found through our platform
    • Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100
    However, we cannot exclude our liability for:
    • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
    • Any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK consumer protection law
13. Indemnification
    You agree to defend and hold harmless Nimbo from any claims arising from:

    • Any intellectual property infringement in content you provide
